To strengthen our quality management, since 2003 we have been working toward establishing and practicing standardized operational processes throughout the company and exerting continuous efforts to advance the thorough enhancement of project management and visualization of the processes. We are leveraging our past experiences for tangible improvement of the processes and making company-wide commitments aimed at offering solutions for increasing service value and achieving more stable project management.
tdi has been working on software process improvement (SPI) to offer high-quality products and services to customers. This effort has resulted in the acquisition of CMM (Capability Maturity ModelR) Level 3 for the entire organization, after it underwent official assessment for CMM ver.1.1 implemented mainly by a Lead Assessor authorized by the Software Engineering Institute between February 9 and 20, 2004.
