TDI has been working on software process improvement (SPI) to offer high-quality products and services to customers. This effort has resulted in the acquisition of CMM (Capability Maturity ModelR) Level 3 for the entire organization, after it underwent official assessment for CMM ver.1.1 implemented mainly by a Lead Assessor authorized by the Software Engineering Institute between February 9 and 20, 2004.
