Since its founding in 1968, the TDI Group has operated as an independent IT company, providing a diverse range of services—including software development, system operations, embedded software development, and data center services—while adapting to the evolving technological landscape of each era.
As the social environment continues to change rapidly, IT vendors like us are expected to transcend traditional frameworks, adopt a perspective closer to our clients, and form partnerships to jointly solve business challenges. Furthermore, we believe it is our critical mission to keep pace with the accelerating pace of technological innovation—particularly in AI—and to master these technologies to provide solutions that directly enhance our clients’ competitiveness.
Today, AI is no longer just a new tool; it has become an indispensable infrastructure supporting society. IT vendors are now being challenged not merely to use technology, but to ask, “How can we create new value based on AI?” Our role moving forward is to provide service experiences that go one step further—solving challenges that our customers themselves may not yet be aware of by leveraging AI technology.
To meet these demands of the times and to embody our “ability to adapt to change” and “commitment to evolution,” we have unified our brand and officially adopted “TDI”—a name long familiar to our customers—as our corporate name effective April 2026. The new TDI Group will continue to deeply understand our customers’ operations and strive to hone our technical expertise, regardless of the prevailing IT trends. Furthermore, by embodying cutting-edge technologies as “standard capabilities” across the entire company, we will operate as an “AI Solutions Company” that delivers significant business value, proposing optimal solutions to our customers.
